How does your pricing work, how much will it cost and are there any hidden fees?
Pricing works by volume. You pay only for the portion of the truck your items take up. Our price list and estimate will be discussed up front before anything gets loaded. We pack it in properly, so you don’t end up paying for empty space. Then we sweep up before we leave. See our price list here.
Do I have to be onsite for a quote/removal?
No. As long as we can contact you to give you an estimate, you don't have to be there. Provided, of course, that the items to be removed are outside.
How big is your truck, and how much can you take in one load?
Our garbage truck’s box is 12 feet long by 5 feet high by 7 feet wide, for a total of 15 cubic yards. That is the equivalent of 7 level pickup trucks’ worth.
What kind of payment and terms do you accept?
For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, paypal, personal/company cheques, and cash. We accept 30 day terms.
Do you recycle and donate stuff to charities?
We recycle electronics, metals, paper products and untreated/unpainted wood. We donate as much usable clothing and furniture as we can. But honestly, furniture from eviction cleanups and dirty jobs goes to the dump.
Do you remove stuff from inside homes/businesses/offices?
We remove unwanted furniture and household items from inside homes, condos, apartments, and offices. Upstairs, downstairs, basements, we do it all the time.
Is there anything you don't haul?
We don't haul full loads of shingles, dirt, concrete, dense materials, anything that has to be shovel loaded, or large amounts of paints, chemicals or tires. But a few of each within a load are ok.
